Sultan F. Al-Fayez joined the firm in 2018 as an Associate in the Corporate and Equity Capital Markets practice. He was promoted to Senior Associate in 2021 and then to Counsel last year. Sultan brings a wealth of experience advising clients across sectors such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, real estate, and infrastructure. His work encompasses M&A, corporate, equity capital markets, and real estate development, with a focus on innovative transactions. Sultan has been a key contributor to establishing the firm's localised construction practice in Riyadh, leading on all construction mandates.
