AS&H Clifford Chance advises the Public Investment Fund ("PIF") on its sale of a significant stake in the Saudi Facility Management Company ("FMTECH") to Jones Lang LaSalle ("JLL")

AS&H Clifford Chance has advised the PIF on its sale of a significant stake in FMTECH, a national integrated facilities management company that serves PIF portfolio companies as well as public and private sector clients across Saudi Arabia, to JLL.
PIF will maintain a majority stake in FMTECH following completion of the transaction. The transaction is expected to close subject to customary closing conditions.
The team advising the PIF was led by Partner and Head of Corporate Majid Al-Sheikh, together with Counsel Aysh Chaudhry, Associates Leen Kayali, Sara AlShabanat, Saeed Mahmood and Nawaf Bin Methem (all based in Riyadh).
