AS&H scoops Saudi Arabian Corporate Law Firm of the Year award at the Chambers Middle East Awards 2022
Abuhimed Alsheikh Alhagbani Law Firm (AS&H) in co-operation with Clifford Chance won the prestigious “Corporate Law Firm of the Year – Saudi Arabia” award at the Chambers Middle East Awards 2022. This is the second time the firm has won this award, having previously won at the inaugural ceremony in 2019.
This award is further testament to the market-leading position of the firm’s corporate practice and its unrivalled track record of advising on some of the most complex, innovative and first-of-a-kind deals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This award follows AS&H winning the Saudi Arabian Law Firm of the Year at the IFLR 2021 awards ceremony where it also won the Domestic Deal of the Year for its work on the NCB - Samba Merger, as well as being shortlisted in a number of other award categories for its work across a range of high profile Saudi Arabian matters.
