Saeed is an Associate in the Corporate practice in Riyadh where he advises multinational clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and corporate transactions. Saeed has acted for a range of corporate and financial sponsors, including private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds and government related entities across a broad range of sectors.

Prior to joining AS&H Clifford Chance, Saeed trained and worked in the London and Hong Kong offices of another international law firm.
