His work includes supporting governmental bodies in drafting legislation and regulations in areas such as business licensing, energy efficiency, heritage, and culture. Omar has offered counsel to government and semi-government entities on various governance and regulatory matters and has provided advice to private sector clients in the telecommunications and information technology, construction and real estate, and pharmaceutical sectors.
