Muhammad is an Associate in our Corporate and M&A practice in Riyadh. He advises multinational and regional clients across a range of matters, including M&A, joint ventures, corporate commercial, and emerging companies and venture capital.

Before joining the AS&HCC Riyadh office, Muhammad trained and worked in the Toronto and San Francisco offices of large multi-national firms with a focus on M&A, private equity and emerging companies and venture capital work.
