Omar is an associate in our Banking and Finance team.

He advises regional and international financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors on Islamic and conventional financial transactions. Prior to joining AS&H Clifford Chance, Omar was based in London where he advised private credit funds, sponsors, banks and borrowers on a range of leveraged finance and real estate finance transactions.
