Alwaleed has extensive experience in Public Policy matters. He also has significant experience in structuring and restructuring of government agencies and private companies, advising on development programs and transformational plans, advising on the establishment of government entities as well as in preparing, reviewing and structuring of internal regulations and policies of government agencies and private companies
Alwaleed also has extensive experience in litigation, legal consultancy, review of multinational companies and major Saudi companies’ contracts with regard to transactions, bank financing, securities regulations and related disputes, commercial and real estate disputes, telecommunications and information technology regulations. Prior to joining our firm, Alwaleed served as Executive Director of the Legal Department and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Mobile Telecommunications Company (Zain) in addition to his work at Al-Jadaan and Partners Law Firm.
