Relevant experience includes advising:

• Representing one of the largest businessmen in a dispute concerning the recovery of funds due to property expropriation.
• Advising an international healthcare company in relation to its commercial dispute in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the value of the claim exceeding SAR 1 billion.
• Providing legal consultations and studies for one of the government-owned companies.

Relevant experience prior to joining our firm includes:

• Providing legal consultations, drafting legal memoranda, and representing one of the largest businessmen in a real estate dispute.
• Representing multiple financial companies, including the restructuring of their contracts and legal documents.
• Representing clients before courts, parajudicial committees, and government authorities in administrative and civil matters.
• Advising clients on various commercial transactions and on Capital Markets Law.
• Reviewing and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements.
• Offering legal advice to a government entity on violations of the Charitable Fundraising Law and the penalties to be imposed on violators whose cases are referred to the company.
