Shahad is actively engaged in corporate and regulatory spheres, with a pronounced emphasis on commercial law, administrative law, and adherence to Sharia principles. Her extensive expertise spans corporate matters, encompassing governance responsibilities of boards of directors and managers, the meticulous drafting of settlement agreements, as well as corporate legal agreements.

Relevant experience includes advising:

• Drafting legal memorandums in a real estate dispute valued exceeds 2 billion Saudi Riyals.
• Drafting legal memorandums and providing advice to shareholders regarding objection to the general assembly's invitation of a limited liability company.
• Providing legal advice to one of the Kingdom's largest telecommunications companies.
• Drafting legal memorandums concerning the bankruptcy of Saad Trading and Financial Services Company and Maan Al-Sanea in multiple cases.
• Participating in legal proceedings related to a compensation claim under a real estate development and operation agreement.

• Representing clients before various litigation bodies in Saudi Arabia including the Commercial, Labor, General Courts, and Parajudicial Committees.
• Assisting and representing a healthcare client in over 60 cases before various courts and committees in Saudi Arabia.​​

• Advising a client regarding its contractual termination rights and the jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts under the spot business agreement with one of the largest Saudi agents.​​
• Advising on enforcing a DIAC arbitration award of SAR 5 million in Saudi Arabia, including an overview of the process, timeline, costs, and potential risks.​​
