Construction

Our Saudi construction capability is delivered from our Abu Dhabi based team, which comprises five dedicated front-end construction lawyers who specialise in the procurement of the very largest international real estate, infrastructure (and other industry sector) developments and who accordingly understand the complexities associated with building entire new communities and multi-faceted assets. We have a thorough knowledge of all major industry standard forms (including FIDIC and NEC) and alternative pricing methodologies.

We are experienced in assisting clients select the most appropriate procurement method for their Saudi construction projects, recognising the need to balance the often competing commercial objectives of speed of delivery, quality and budget and schedule certainty.
