Leen is an associate within the Corporate and Capital Markets team.

She is an England and Wales qualified lawyer, having previously worked at the Clifford Chance Dubai and London offices prior to joining AS&H Clifford Chance. Leen has been advising multinational and regional clients across corporate (M&As, joint ventures, restructuring and commercial matters) and capital markets matters. She also has experience advising clients on various real estate matters (including in the hospitality sector).
