Mohammed is an Associate in our regulatory and public policy practice.

He has extensive experience in advising clients on a number of regulatory and public policy matters. He assisted several governmental and private bodies in drafting laws and regulations in different areas, such as Capital Markets, labour, and governance, and advising several government and private entities on various regulatory matters. Mohammed worked at Saudi Tadawul group and in one of the law firms in the Kingdom and gained extensive experience in the field of legislation, in addition to contributing to the work of their corporate and capital market practices.
