Hakam is an Associate in our Corporate and Capital Markets practices. He has experience advising on M&A transactions, both private and public, public securities offerings and regulatory matters relating thereto, and private equity and venture capital transactions on a local and international scale.

Hakam has acquired a dual qualification to practice law through admission to the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales, and to the Jordan Bar Association.
