AS&H Clifford Chance is delighted to share this briefing on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's new Public Education Law, enacted pursuant to Royal Decree No. (M/36) dated 27/01/1448H and published on 24 July 2026.
The Law establishes a comprehensive statutory framework governing public education represents a significant step in modernising the Kingdom's public education sector in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
